I was really looking forward to this experience and came with my own expectations, as I have always been interested in the psychological side of people.
The experience itself and the time invested far exceeded my expectations in terms of depth, breadth and intensity. At the same time, I now understand that it is impossible to cover everything within the time available during the training, which is why I am especially grateful for such an effective and highly focused introduction, as well as for all the valuable material provided.
Jūratė, your energy, warmth, openness and consistency contributed enormously to the overall experience, both in terms of absorbing knowledge and creating a supportive atmosphere.
I would also like to highlight that although there was quite a lot of stepping outside the comfort zone, the colleagues and the overall atmosphere were wonderful, making the experience feel encouraging rather than uncomfortable. On the contrary, it became a valuable and enriching new experience.
I find our collaboration with IPM, especially with Jūratė, truly exceptional! You’re always just a call away, bringing positivity and dedication to finding the best solutions for any need. This makes the process not just easy but genuinely enjoyable. Whether it’s a quick question or in-depth support, you always provide prompt, helpful responses. Working with a team so committed adds real value and makes using your services even more rewarding.
As an HR professional and Facet5 practitioner, I can’t say enough about how versatile this tool is. Whether for recruitment, leadership development, coaching or team dynamics, Facet5 consistently delivers. The insights it provides into individual behaviors are spot-on, boosting self-awareness and improving communication. I especially love how Facet5 simplifies complex personality data into easy-to-understand pieces, making the whole process more engaging for both practitioners and clients.
The highest level of professionalism combined with unmatched energy. From the very beginning of our collaboration with Jūratė and IPM, I was impressed by the amount of energy and genuine commitment invested in understanding our organisation’s needs and the challenges relatedto people management. True partnership begins only when you take the time to look deeper and uncover the real ‘why’ behind the situation, and this is exactly what leads to meaningful collaboration and outstanding results. Working with Jūratė and IPM team gives you complete confidence that you are partnering with professionals of the highest level.
Facet5. Only 106 questions, only 5 possible answer choices, only 5 dimensions of analysis, and yet an internally powerful experience of self-discovery. You may try to present yourself as better than you are, but you cannot run away from yourself.
ToRQ. One of the most common expectations people have of assessments is that the tasks should closely reflect situations they encounter in real life. When this is combined with the efficiency of the assessment process (some participants complete all tasks in just half an hour ) and the depth of the reporting, including analysis of each task and comparisons with other participants based on speed and accuracy, the result is an excellent assessment tool, which is exactly what ToRQ is.
I first came across Facet5 in 2010 when I completed the assessment myself, naturally approaching it with a certain degree of scepticism. However, after receiving the results and feedback, I was genuinely and positively surprised by both the profile itself and the concentrated insight it provided about me as a person. The profile reflected my personality extremely accurately, convincing me that it was a tool worth mastering and applying to our company's people management practices. At the beginning of 2012, I attended the Facet5 Practitioner accreditation training course. As well as gaining professional training and knowledge, I also acquired the right to use the Facet5 platform independently. This knowledge proved immensely valuable when managing an international company in Slovakia, where I encountered clear cultural differences, unfamiliar people and different mindsets. Thanks to Facet5, I was able to gain valuable insight in a very short period of time, which greatly informed many of my people-related decisions.
Today, we use the Facet5 platform across the entire Peikko Group from recruitment and team development to supporting plant managers in building and calibrating existing teams as well as organising Strategic Leadership 360 feedback sessions.
I would gladly recommend Facet5 to business leaders and HR professionals who want to take their people management practices to a higher level.
The success of modern business increasingly depends on human capital, balanced expectations and leadership that fosters sustainable relationships and alignment among company leaders.
Our goal was to gain a deeper understanding of our team members - their personalities, ways of thinking, values, strengths, perceptions of personal contribution and meaning, as well as differences in decision-making. We wanted to better understand one another and grow as an effective team focused on shared results.
The training and personality assessment methodology helped us better understand the natural characteristics of each individual colleague. Once we recognised these traits, we were able to identify and reassess aspects of our working relationships that required change. This enabled smoother collaboration and more effective teamwork.
After the training, we gained a clearer understanding of how differently emotions affect each of us. We identified the strengths within our team relationships, recognised existing differences and previously unseen risks, and agreed on shared principles of cooperation and behaviour. As a result, we clearly became a more mature, effective, and business-focused team.
This was a practical and deeply insightful journey of self-awareness that strengthened the team’s openness and courage to be authentic. The training helped us analyse the key personal barriers that had previously led to emotionally demanding situations, increased stress and additional time spent coordinating integrated goals and cross-departmental activities. The insights and methodology we gained became an ongoing tool for team development, a kind of navigation system for professional relationships.
I would recommend this training to leadership teams striving for high levels of performance, organisations aiming to create a more progressive workplace atmosphere and communication culture and companies seeking stronger engagement from leaders and different departments in achieving shared goals.
As a psychiatrist currently studying psychotherapy, I have very high standards when it comes to psychometric assessments. Facet5 exceeded my expectations. It is a tool that changes the way we relate to ourselves and to the people around us, empowers us to build more conscious teams, and enables truly informed decisions about the future of organisations.
What I value most is that the information about each individual and team ispresented in a structured and understandable way, while the specialists who help interpret it are true professionals capable of inspiring both personal and team development.
I often repeat a quote by N. Walsch: “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” The Facet5 process provides an opportunity not only to recognise the boundaries of your comfort zone, but also to move beyond them with practical tools, greater self-confidence and a clear vision for further growthand development.
We live in a very interesting time where professional skills alone are often no longer the deciding factor in recruitment decisions. More and more often, it is a candidate’s personal qualities that determine the final outcome. Facet5 is a reliable methodology that helps to better understand a person’s individual qualities and, at the same time, gives greater confidence in predicting how successfully a new colleague will integrate into a team. I first discovered Facet5 more than ten years ago and from the very beginning recognised how versatile and valuable this tool truly is. Since becoming a manager, I have never doubted its effectiveness and use Facet5 assessments very frequently when selecting new team members.
I highly value the support provided by IPM while working with Facet5. Every time, I am impressed by the remarkable ability to explain complex matters in simple, human language and to identify opportunities or potential risks hidden within the data that are worth paying attention to. If, like me, it is important for you to bring values-driven people into your team, I would strongly recommend partnering with IPM and exploring the Facet5 methodology. You may be surprised by how much valuable insight can be gained even before signing an employment contract with a new colleague.
Thank you to the IPM team for your professional support. I truly believe we will continue working successfully together for many years to come.
A happy client 😊
